At least these do for me at the moment.  I do not have my protein powder pictured here.  I actually need to make my way to The Vitamin Shoppe and pick up another tub.  It is SO good.  So much better than Musclemilk…but I digress.

One can always use more fiber in their diet.  I wasn’t too sure how I felt about drinking my fiber three times a day.  The gummies are a fun alternative.  They taste great and pack about 5g of fiber per serving.  Pretty sweet.

For those that don’t know, I have some hormone issues.  So does more than 50% of the population of women.  It sucks but the good news is it’s quite manageable naturally.  Enter in stage right my Royal Jelly, Propolis, & Bee Pollen pills.  After some research I found that Royal Jelly works wonders for hormone issues.  At first I tried it fresh.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t handle the texture. I found this alternative in pill form.  Not bad when taken consistently.

My last pill is my Cod Liver.  I get my Omega-3s and a few other goodies from this sucker.  I need to work on taking this every day.  It practically insists that I take it with food.  Sometimes my bites to eat are stolen moments on set as my day goes by.  Not good.

All in all, very good supplement choices.  I do need to add a multi vitamin to the pack.  I know for a fact that I am not getting my dailies from the food I eat.

What supplements work for you?  Any good recommendations for a multi vitamin for women?
