I love soup. It gives me that feel good warmth in my tummy and makes everything right again. I accompanied my soup with some Keebler wheat crackers…a wonderful pair. To drink? 24 ounces of nice cool H2O…with free refills. This is the lunch of champions right here.
I am feeling a little out of sorts today mainly because of the last few days of work I just finished. I drank hardly ANY water on those days so dehydration is probably present. My food intake consisted of mainly Starbucks lemon loafs, chocolate chunk cookies, and coffee cakes…not to mention my signature Black & White Mocha that washed down the other sugary goodness. Yes a smoothie fit in there a few times but even though it was a bit healthier it was still loaded with sugar. The point is I had NO WATER.
Being a manager at this photo studio just starting out means going non stop to ensure studio operations is smooth sailing. The thing is should my health suffer in the process? I’m thinking not. So what are some ways that I can balance out the two – still run a booming photo studio and be the healthiest I’ve ever been? I need to figure it out soon and implement my findings. I’ll need to be at that point when I’m running my OWN photo studio. All in due time my friends…all in due time! 😀
